Neath & Port Talbot College, Wales
In order to expand their catering teaching capacity, the college needed to convert one of their existing rooms into a large, multi cook island teaching facility.
BWF were appointed to carry out the ventilation part of the project.
.
The Design
The facility required the installation of five extract and supply air canopies each equipped with its own central services delivery unit, as well as a large wall mounted canopy. To economically move the large volume of both extract and supply air required to service the system, two high capacity fans were installed. Incoming air was tempered by use of a high capacity electric heater.
