The New Inn, in the heart of the picturesque Cotswold village of Colne St Aldwyns, recently needed to install a new kitchen ventilation system as part of a kitchen/restaurant refurbishment programme.
The Design
BWF were engaged to design, manufacture and install a DW/172 complaint system to deliver a high standard of odour control at the same time as achieving stringent noise standards and all packaged in a way so as to minimise any negative visual impact. BWF achieved this using ozone based odour control with an intrinsically quiet fan further attenuated using a large silencer, all housed in a large acoustic enclosure. All visible plant was powder coated to match the exterior paintwork colour of the pub.
