As part of a kitchen refurbishment and redesign, the Musketeers pub required a new DW/172 compliant extract and supply air system including canopy, fans and duct.

The Design
In order to minimise disruption in the kitchen below and due to the limited space available, the system was fully integrated into the existing roof void and managed to utilise an existing redundant outlet.
