As part of building a new Made by Bob restaurant in Gloucestershire, BWF were appointed for the works associated with the new kitchen ventilation system
.
The Design
The concept for the public areas of this wonderful restaurant/bar/delicatessen was built around the central island canopy and cooking suite.
This meant that the extraction system had to be both highly efficient and striking in appearance. The usual challenges of working in an historic building led to a complex duct route and a tricky installation process.
