Calypso Kitchen
Calypso Kitchen is another restaurant within the Wapping Wharf site. It is located below a residential block rather than in a shipping container but still needed to comply with noise and odour conditions.
Their existing system was unable to meet these conditions and so BWF were engaged to retrofit a new one whilst retaining their existing canopy.

The Design
Because this was a retrofit into an existing operation, space was very much at a premium and so BWF installed a new fan, ESP, attenuators and ozone system all on top of a shipping container inside the restaurant used to house the toilets.
