Typically, an interlock system comprises:
– a simple to use control panel with LED indicators of system staus
– an emergency stop or “knock off” button to manually shut off gas flow in a fire
– pressure flow switches to monitor the performance of the extraction system
– wiring to connect all of the above to the gas solenoid valve in the gas pipe serving the kitchen (which can be provided by BWF or others)
