Ductwork, fans and controls for catering extraction systems

Some of our extraction canopies are sold “spigot only” so that ductwork and fans can be sourced from an M&E contractor already retained to work on the site. More frequently, however, we are involved in the complete supply of canopy, ductwork, fans and controls.

This has the advantage that only one supplier is responsible for the design and ultimate performance of the extraction system and ensures that the ductwork and fans are sized appropriately for the duty required of the canopy.

Our ductwork is designed and manufactured to HVCA DW/144 and is usually installed at the same time as the canopy.

We buy-in a wide range of high quality fans all of which are designed for the demanding application of catering extraction systems.

All are supplied and installed with speed-controllers and will be selected on a job-by-job basis depending upon air flow/pressure performance, noise generation, reliability, and compactness required to suit any given design.
