Installation of Extraction and Ventilation Systems
Although a number of our customers prefer to install their own canopies the majority find it easier to use our supply and install service. This has the benefit that we carry the risk of ensuring that every system is designed and fitted within the constraints of the existing building structure.
We would take detailed site measurements in advance of manufacture and then work with other trades on site to ensure that any associated preparatory building works were correctly specified and programmed to dovetail with our works.
Our installation teams all carry CSCS skill cards. They are fully trained in all the necessary health and safety procedures and would be equipped with site-specific risk assessments, method statements and safety equipment.
On completion of the mechanical installation our electricians will make the necessary electrical connections and fully commission the system prior to handover and acceptance by the client. A comprehensive Operation and Maintenance Manual is supplied with each system.
