Hatherley Manor Hotel
The 50 room, 3 star, Hatherley Manor Hotel and Conference Centre enjoys a rural Gloucestershire setting but when the time came to refurbish the extensive kitchens they didn’t do it by halves!
Made By Bob, Cirencester
The concept for the public areas of this wonderful restaurant/bar/delicatessen was built around the central island canopy and cooking suite. This meant that the extraction system had to be both highly efficient and striking in appearance.
Nationwide Building Society HQ
3,400 people a day use the staff restaurant at Nationwide Building Society’s Lakeside headquarters and BWF had just five days to complete a major installation.
Oakfields School, Frome
The reinstatement of the kitchen called for new equipment and a new extraction system with replacement air, canopy lighting, wall cladding and gas interlock with plant located on the flat roof above
Weston Park, Nr Telford
Set in the extensive grounds of Weston Park, the new Granary Restaurant required four extraction canopies. The system design had to allow for the constraints of the historic building structure and the sensitive, rural location.
Paxhill Nursing Home
During 2009 a brand new care home was built in the grounds of Pax Hill originally owned by Lord Baden-Powell. BWF worked with HCE to design the island canopy and service spine and to install extract and replacement air ductwork up a service shaft to plant mounted on the roof three floors above.
