History
When it comes to catering extraction and ventilation suppliers, BW Fabrications has firmly established itself as a major player in its industry. Since 1997 it has built an enviable reputation for the quality of its custom-built kitchen extraction, ventilation and ducting products. and the reliability of the service that it consistently supplies to the commercial catering world.
Based at our stainless steel fabrication factory in Bristol,s we not only supply extraction and ventilation products to the South West (including Somerset, Wiltshire, Devon, Cornwall, Dorset and Gloucestershire), but also to South Wales, the Midlands and the South East of England.
Ventilation and extraction solutions for the catering industry
We specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of ventilation and extraction systems for the catering industry and in particular the production of stainless steel extraction canopies to the HVCA:DW172 industry standard.
In addition, our experience and facilities mean that we are able to supply industrial ventilation systems and general sheet metal fabrication services for a wide range of markets.
People
Our core team of dedicated staff have many years of experience in the industry. Your initial contact will probably be with Simon Buxton or Steve Bruce-Jones (Technical and Managing Director respectively) who will be involved in visiting your site, and producing specifications and estimates to meet your extraction requirements.
Should you wish to go ahead with the work Wayne Chapple, our Contracts Manager will be involved in arranging one of our teams of experienced installation engineers to complete the project. In the background Kevin Smith and his workshop team will manufacture your system and Sue Weston and the office support team will ensure that the paperwork is handled efficiently and that all your queries are answered.

We work on a repeat basis for many of the major catering equipment and facilities management companies as well as for the direct owners of any building which houses a catering facility.
Our ventilation and extraction products and services are preferred by many influential specifiers such as local authorities, care home companies and hotel and restaurant chains.
Markets
Our kitchen extraction systems are widely used in the Education, Healthcare and Hospitality industries. In a typical year we install systems in over 70 schools and colleges, 60 care homes and hospitals, and 120 hotels, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. In addition we work in countless offices, factories, churches and military bases.
