About BW Fabrications
History
Since its formation in 1997, BW Fabrications has firmly established itself as a major player in its industry with an enviable reputation for the quality of the products and the reliability of the service that it consistently supplies to the kitchen extraction and ventilation market.
Based at our factory unit and head office in Bristol we serve London, the Midlands, South, South West and South East of England as well as South and West Wales.
Services
We specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of ventilation and extraction systems for the catering industry and in particular the production of stainless steel extraction canopies to the HVCA:DW172 industry standard.
In addition, our experience and facilities mean that we are able to supply industrial ventilation systems and general sheet metal fabrication services for a wide range of markets.
People
Our core team of dedicated staff have many years of experience in the industry.Your initial contact will probably be with Simon Buxton or Steve Bruce-Jones (Technical and Managing Director respectively) who will be involved in visiting your site, and producing specifications and estimates to meet your extraction requirements.
Should you wish to go ahead with the work Paul Willetts, our Contracts Manager will be involved in arranging one of our teams of experienced installation engineers to complete the project. In the background Kevin Smith and his workshop team will manufacture your system and Sue Weston and the office support team will ensure that the paperwork is handled efficiently and that all your queries are answered.

We work on a repeat basis for many of the major catering equipment and facilities management companies as well as for the direct owners of any building which houses a catering facility.
Our products and services are preferred by many influential specifiers such as local authorities, care home companies and hotel and restaurant chains.
Markets
Our kitchen extraction systems are widely used in the Education, Healthcare and Hospitality industries. In a typical year we install systems in over 70 schools and colleges, 60 care homes and hospitals, and 120 hotels, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. In addition we work in countless offices, factories, churches and military bases.
